Opening Prayer and Introductions of Council Members
Old Business
a. Financial Report
Financial Summary of the Parish Accounts was discussed.
b. End of Year Report/Beginning of Year Report:
1) The Diocesan Annual Financial Report was reviewed
2) 2007 – 08 Budget Review
c. Summer Projects
1) Parish Clean—Up Day was a success and landscape is being repaired
2) School Renovation was completed for the beginning of school.
The new roof will be put on in September
New doors are on order for the exterior of the school.
No report yet on Bonifest profits.
The Golf Fundraiser made a profit of $3,650.
Enrollment for the school is currently at 188 pupils.
Preschool will begin after Labor Day.
New Business
a. Sisters
The Principal and CRE for the School are Franciscan Sisters
b. Janitors
1) School - The Cleaning Services that were contracted in the past will not be renewed.
The school will be cleaned by Rich Magary, Derrick Clem and Matt Korte
2) Church - The Church will be cleaned by Rich Magary
c. Phones
The Council approved the purchase of a new phone system for the Parish, School, Church and Preschool
d. Hearing Devices
The new system has been ordered and donations are being accepted |
