Band
(Grades 4-8)

  • Senior Band (5th-8th grade) Practice Tues and Wed at 2:45 beginning on 8/28
  • Junior Band (4th grade) Practice Thur at 2:45 beginning on 9/27
  • Homecoming Parade 10/10 at 6:00
  • Halloween Parade 10/31 at 6:30
  • Veterans Parade 11/11 at 6:00

Chorus
(Grades 4-8)

  •  Grades 4-8 practice on Tuesdays during school from 11:00-11:30

Model UN
(Grades 6-8)

Student Council
(Grades 7-8) 

  • We are collecting milk caps to earn a picnic table or another reward for the school. We need 7,000 caps for the table
  • Student Council will also collect soda can tabs, and cell phones for recycling
  • Graduation Dance May 9, 2008
  • Spring Fling Dance April 11, 2008

Drama Club
(Grades 7-8) 

  • This year`s play is Wooing Wed Widing Hood
  • Cast has been chosen!!

Learning Fair
(Grades 5-8)

Students in grades K-8 may enter projects in the areas of science, social studies, and original literature in the school`s annual Learning Fair held during Catholic Schools Week. It is a requirement for grades 5-8.  Grade 5 will write a book, grade 6 will do a science experiment and grades 7 and 8 will do a social studies project. 5 entries from the the science projects will be selected to attend SIUE Science Fair.

Religion Fair
(Grades K-4)

Students in grades K-4 are required to enter a project into the school`s annual Religion Fair held during Catholic Schools Week.

Girl Scouts
(Grades K-8)

We have troops at various grade levels.  Please contact the school or the local Girl Scout Office for more information.

Boy Scouts
(Grades K-8) 

We have packs at various grade levels.  Please contact the school or the local Boy Scout Office for more information.

Young Authors
(Grades 4-8)

Students write original stories for display during the Learning Fair.  From those stories selected, the best entries are selected and represent St. Boniface at the Young Authors Conference.

Speech Team
(Grades 6-8) 

The students in grades 6-8 will select a speech in January to memorize.  It can be a serious solo speech, a humorous solo speech, or a duet.  The students will go to each classroom in March to present their speech and be judged by the teachers.  The top students will be selected to attend the Deanery Speech Meet held at St. Mary`s School.
